Easter Weekend was the warmest weather I can remember for the beginning of April. What a beautiful weekend to be outside!
The neighborhood organized an Easter Egg hunt on Saturday (Thank you, Kim!) and over 30 kids participated.
In addition to the egg hunt, there was a cook-out and goodie bags for the kids. Jacob experienced bubbles for the first time.
The kids loved the warm weather. Poor Karey doesn't have any hats for summer yet. But nothing says "girl" like a pink dress and a camouflage hat, right?
And then there was Jacob's car. This stupid car resulted in at least 7 separate temper tantrums over the weekend. The kid did not want to do anything but sit in the car. He especially did not want to be told that he had to get out of the car to come inside to eat lunch, or take a nap, or change a stinky diaper.
But it was a wonderfully warm weekend. We're so looking forward to spring and summer!
