When K turned three this year, it was the end of the road for taking a pacifier to bed. As we did with J, we gave her a choice of picking out a toy in exchange for giving us the 'frass.
But she didn't want a toy. "I want my room painted purple and pink," she told us.
We agreed. Partially. After all, her room
was blue. And a very bright blue at that. So we agreed to purple. It was painted in half a day, and we moved her new bed up into her room (best consignment store find ever!)
She loves her purple room, and she loves her new bed.
With her crib now empty, we could convert it into a bed for J.
And what a bed it is. The crib converted into a full size bed. It is one big bed!
Next up J wants the animal prints off his wall. Animals are so two years ago for this boy. He wants pictures of legoes and super heroes on his walls now!
