I ran a 5K...

... and lived to tell about it.

Or at least I lived to tell about this one. I'm running again next weekend, and I'm pretty certain that I'm going to die.

But anyways, back to this past Saturday. I ran a 5K and came in 2nd in my age group! Isn't that exciting? Out of BOTH of us who were females between the ages of 25-29 I came in second!
