Weekend fun

Poor Jacob was sick this past weekend, but like any kid he rallied amazingly quickly and was back to getting into anything and everything by Saturday afternoon.

When he wakes up on the weekends (at 6am, of course!) we usually go downstairs into daddy's office where his squeals are least likely to be heard upstairs where the other parental unit is trying desperately to sleep in.

Saturday was my turn. I introduced Jacob to my favorite toy as a child.

Jacob agreed- Kermit the Frog is one cool dude.

Sunday was Mark's turn for the early shift. While Mark was trying to play video games Jacob kept turning the system off, pulling out games, yanking the cords, and was just getting into trouble in general.

So to keep him out of trouble, Mark came up with this unique idea.
