The weather is still warm, the apples are ready, and we love being outside in the fall!
Well, technically it isn't fall yet, but it's after Labor Day and the hot summer days are definitely past. But it's perfect weather to go apple picking! We went on Saturday morning to the Apple Farm in Victor.
Jackie & Lex are home from England for a visit and went with us. It's a good thing too, Grandma Dobbs needed help carrying all the apples she picked!
Jacob's favorite part of the farm was riding on the wagon.
And tasting the apples, of course!
We picked 18 lbs. of apples. Looks like we'll be making pies, apple sauce, and baked apples for the next few weeks.
