(Another) Visit with Santa Clause

We saw Santa for the first time this season at cousin Taylor's play in Rochester.  We saw him for the second time at Wegman's at breakfast.  And the third and final time we saw him in his house on Main Street.
Each and every time the kids asked for the same things:

Batman and Spiderman Legos for J, a princess Barbie and a princess dress for K.
... and then K decided she wanted an easy bake oven.
"I'm sorry," I told her.  "You've seen Santa three times and you never asked for that.  You're too late."
But little Miss too-smart-for-her-mother had other ideas.
You see, we have an Elf named Percy in our home.  He reports to Santa every night and tells him how the kids behave.  K also figured that since he sees Santa every night he could relay a message for her.
"Hi Percy," she said to our Elf.  "When you see Santa tonight, can you let him know that I'd like a cupcake maker?  I forgot to tell him."

Outsmarted by a 2-year-old.
